We will also address the risks associated with these powerful tools, such as data privacy, hallucinations, and bias and how to mitigate them. Each course is at-your-own-pace. Videos are complemented by self-assessments and worksheets to support your learning. This two-course series was previously referred to as Responsible AI for Public Professionals: Using Generative AI at Work.

Based on research with thousands of public servants across three continents, our problem-solving curriculum gives you the digital, data and innovation skills to deliver more effective, equitable and engaged policies and services.

Designed by Virginia Hamilton, this course gives participants a substantive overview of the human-centered design framework and offers opportunities to practice applying concepts from the course to your work.

WAYS TO LEARN

Video-based certificate courses in the latest technology and innovation topics. Our at-your-own-paced courses are deep dives into topics such as AI and Human-Centered Design. Those who complete a course receive a certificate of completion.
Online workshops help you gain practical, innovative skills to apply right away. Each session introduces new approaches to government work, explains why they matter, and offers concrete strategies for implementation. With clear learning objectives, real-world examples, and interactive discussions, our expert presenters bring both deep knowledge and hands-on experience to every workshop.
Our coaching programs are a cohort-based opportunity, typically accommodating around 20 participants. These programs include a series of three 90-minute workshops led by an expert instructor, designed to help participants explore a specific topic while addressing questions or challenges from their professional practice.
